Global social media leadership, part of senior leadership within the Creative & Experience network in the company. Reporting to C-suite.

Responsibilities: 

  • Development and management of senior client relationships

  • Strategic development of Jellyfish’s creative social media offering, with a focus on client growth and retention (short/medium/long term)

  • Scaling up London offer globally, building social media teams (x-department) in Spain, France, Germany, USA and India - resulting in a total of c 300 people working globally on social media projects, with 200+ live projects at any given time

  • Global social media operations, spearheading creator management approach 

  • Social P&L management (global multi-million)

  • Head of Department for social media team: 48 individuals in the UK, US, ES, FR, DE.

Key clients included Netflix (UK, ES, FR, DE), Prime Video (ES), AppleTV+ (US), L’Oreal (US, ES), King Games Candy Crush (UK, US), Google UK, Suzuki Cars (UK), N26 bank (EMEA).

Account lead for Activision Call of Duty, providing global content transcreation, publishing and community management.

Responsibilities:
-Senior client and commercial management (business plans and forecasting)
-Team management (35 individuals across 12 countries), recruitment and line management
-Account’s operations, creative and strategic direction

Previous experience included Netflix UK and Nordics, as well as LEGO, where I led a Snapchat store activation.

Account Director, 2015-2018

Digital and Social client lead for Sure Deodorant UK (Unilever) and Danone Early Life Nutrition (Aptamil, Cow & Gate, Super Yummies, Nutrimum).

Responsibilities:
-Account and project management across social media retainers, projects, video/photo shoots, web development, display
-Strategic campaign planning and production, delivery oversight
-Coordination of large Always On teams on highly regulated field
-Line management of junior members of the team

Awards: Social Media Buzz Award for Best Customer Experience Strategy, 2017.


M&C Saatchi / Lean Mean Fighting Machine

Senior Account Manager, 2013-2015

Digital and Social account lead across Unilever business (including Sunsilk, Spreads and World Baking Day. Reporting to Business Director.

Responsibilities:
-Day-to-day account and project management: strategy, brand development, campaign production (including video/photo shoots)
-Development of global strategy toolkits for local market implementation
-Line management of junior members of the team

Whilst at M&C Saatchi I was also able to lead and support print, social and digital innovation work for Converse UK, Transport for London and Ballantine’s.

Account management for Nike UK and Nike Western Europe digital and social: Running, Womens, Fuelband.

Key projects: UK implementation of We Own The Night (Nike Women’s Race); Tinie Tempah Blazerhunt and a multi-language eCRM campaign delivery for Flyknit Experience. I also handled the social media management of all Nike UK platforms.

9-month contract building a social media and creator function within comms group Accordience.

Responsibilities: agency operations, commercials, new business.

DDA PUBLIC RELATIONS - Social Media Consultancy (2024)

3 month consultancy auditing existing social media and creator functions and building a business plan for acceleration and scale.

Key clients:  Sky TV, Studio Ghibli, Nespresso, San Pellegrino.

Account support on all digital and integrated campaigns for Walt Disney Motion Pictures (USA), Walt Disney Home Entertainment (UK), and Tesco KX energy drink.
